your journey begins here..

Step 1: Send an email to us at clothescompanion@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Name
2. Mailing address
3. Mobile number
4. Item code
5. Payment method: ATM transfers/Cash on Delivery
6. Delivery mode: Self-Collection*/Normal Postage ($1) /Registered Mail (Additional $2)

* Self collection can be arranged at the nearest MRT Station preferably in the west

Step 2: Wait for email confirmation & payment details.

You will receive an email confirming your order, together with payment details. Please check that your order is reflected correctly in the email.

Step 3: Make payment & verify transaction.

-For ATM Transfers, please kindly make payment to POSB Savings within 24 hours from receiving the order confirmation. Failure to do might result in forfeiting your order and item will be given up to the next customer.

-For customers who have done their transfers via the ATM, please email us an image shot of the ATM transfer receipt for verification or an email reflecting the payment transaction reference number for verification

- For Cash on Delivery, please hand us the exact amount for your purchase

**Priority will always be given to customers who are able to make payment first.


Step 4: Congratulations! you are impeccable for now!

Order would be mailed to customer within three working days

Terms and Conditions:

- Goods sold cannot be exchanged or returned. However, let us know if there is any major flaws and we would look into it on a case by case basis.
- Please note that some accessories and their parts are made of delicate and fragile materials, please do take extra care of your new purchase. We are apologetic to say that we also do not cover any possible damages done during the mailing process.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost mail, thus we strongly suggest customers to opt for registered mail.
